Our controllers are dedicated systems and don’t require a PC based setup. It’s a great Mach3 alternate, Linux CNC alternate, EMC2 alternate offering a great reliability with built-in hardware for inputs and outputs for motor drives.
Any type of motor such as induction, DC, AC can be used on the spindle for threading, only an encoder needs to be mounted on the spindle. The system does real-time synchronized threading and adjusts the Z-Axis movement as per the spindle load variations.
